Saturday 17th 1445hrs GMT: REPORTSERVER 2 NOW operational following move to new hardware. This server has been offline since approx 2000hrs Friday evening. PDF Normal and PDF Grid reports were unavailable until Monday 19th around 1230 hours. Apologies for any inconvenience.

15th December: Some Google reporting that ran in the early hours of this morning shows significant drops in rankings compared to the previous report. This appears to be a transient condition, possibly due to changes being made by Google to its servers at the time. If you receive a report exhibiting this problem that you would like us to delete & re-run, please email the Client ID and Client Name to reports@interwebbing.com.

Sat/Sun 17th/18th December : This coming weekend is slated for the move of reportserver2.co.uk to new server hardware, to overcome the hard disk problems reported earlier this year (see bottom status entry). The server may be unavailable for a few hours, at worse case this may extend to around 24 hours. More details will be posted here once known, if this causes an issue for anyone, please email us ASAP reports@interwebbing.com Apologies for any inconvenience.

24th Nov - 3rd Dec: Problem with reporting on yandex.ru search engine now resolved. If you need reports re-run, please email the client ID & name to reports@interwebbing.com. Apologies for any inconvenience.

14th November: The two issues detailed below [some reports for positions >10 misreported, and Google Statistic showing zero] have now been resolved on all servers. If anyone requires client reports to be deleted and re-run, please email the details to us.

7th November: Our automated monitoring system has detected a change in Google SERPS which may mean key-phrases with rankings of 10+ are not reported correctly. Our developer is working to find a solution to this issue - if you receive a report exhibiting this problem that you would like re-run as soon as a fix has been put in place, please email the Client ID and Client Name to reports@interwebbing.com.

5th November: Google Statistic ("Google Site about x pages" displays at top of report) has sometimes shown zero pages recently. This is under investigation.

25th August : The hard disk in ReportServer2 is experiencing problems. Remedial work will be carried out during December during which the server may be unavailable for a few hours. More details will be posted here once known. Apologies for any inconvenience.
