Here are full details of the features on our system. There are additional features designed for agencies, which are not listed here. If you are an agency, or if you manage more than 9 web sites, please see Agency Service Features for additional features which are not listed on this page.

A list of current search engine listings. Using keywords you provide, we will show you your ranking on the selected search engines. These keywords can be altered at any time, and the next report will show the positions on any altered phrases.

Unlimited domains per site. You can report on as many domains as you like. Our system will list all domains found (in order) for a search, and will highlight the main site for ease of viewing.

Position movement indication. By comparing the current report to the last one, we can show you whether the position has climbed, fallen, is new, or has dropped out of the listings. Examples: 7 (+8). 29 (-20). 1 (NEW). 0 (-10). This allows you to see a straight comparison over the last 7 days (if reporting weekly)

Competitor Comparison. Our system allows you to optionally choose up to 3 competitors. We will then show the results against yours for the keywords you're searching for. This allows for direct comparison between your site, and those of your top competitors

Report Scoring. Our unique weighting system can sum up the report in a single figure; called a Report Score. This score is calculated by deciding how important a position is, and how important the search engine is. By multiplying the search engine score by the position score, we can calculate a value for each position. The sum of all these positrons is the Report Score. This system works 'out of the box' because we've had the weighting of the engines and positions calculated by industry experts - but if you wish to change these values, you can do so inside your control panel.

Google site check. This feature will tell you the number of your web site's pages are listed in the Google.com index.

Yahoo back link check. Using the Site Explorer features provided by Yahoo!, we can show you the number of external sites linking to you.

HTML report. The default report format is html, carefully designed to show the most important information easily.

CSV report. If you'd prefer the raw data, you can export the data for each report. Decide which fields you want to include and then import the feature into another application for further analysis.

Grid Report: In html format, this is a more efficient way of displaying the ranking data (even if it isn't quite as pretty). This format allows for a more 'at-a-glance' view, but doesn't include more advanced features such as competitors, multiple domains or competitor comparison.

Others. Whilst these are the only actual reports - you can still play around with the data using the other tools which are explained later.

Using the master control panel, you can control any aspect of the service.

Individual site control. Inside each site, you can:

Set key phrases: Using up to 500 phrases, you set the key phrases to search for. These can be altered at any time

Alter report settings: Set whether we should calculate and show report scores, whether to do Google site checks, Yahoo back link checks, whether we should show position movement, whether we should report on competitors, whether to display 'not found' results and more. By altering these settings, the system will show the report with the details and features that you want for that site.

Report schedule: For each site, there's a report schedule. You can report weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly. In fact, you can build the schedule to fit when you'd like the reports to arrive. You can even set for different reports to go to different people at different times.

Site control panel: For each site, you can optionally allow access to another lower-level control panel containing just the controls for this one site (especially useful if you have a few different sites run by different people)

Outside of the site control section of the control panel:

Top Summary Report: Using our Top Summary, we give you summary data on the number of top positions (broken down into number 1 positions, top 10, 20 and 30) on each of the major search engine based on the last report done for each site you're reporting on.

Special Phrases: Do you have any phrases that you're particularly interested in? We certainly do! Well, by prefixing * to the phrase(s), we'll highlight them on the report, and we'll even tell you what percentage of the special phrases are attaining at least 1 top 10 result in either Google, Yahoo or MSN.

Graphing - Phrases: Show on a graph the position history of individual phrases over a given time period. Say you want to see how your top 5 phrases have been performing on Google UK over the last quarter - you can do that here.

Graphing - Summary: Show on a graph position summary data. Say that you wish to see the number of positions on Google, Yahoo, MSN and BBCi over the last year - you can do that here.

Position listing: This unique feature is our personal favourite, and is especially useful for those clients monitoring more than one web site. Using this feature, you can ask the system to list out positions (across all of your sites, if you wish) which match a certain criteria. For example, you can show all positions that are climbing in Yahoo over the last 4 weeks. Or, show all keywords that do not have positions on MSN. What about showing all positions which are dropping on all search engines? This extremely powerful feature isn't available anywhere else that we know of, and is the perfect way to plug holes in your search engine coverage.

International reporting. We now report on Google (and some others) in more than 40 countries. We also have servers in Australia as well as the UK to help to get results closer to those searching in the region.

Report Integration: We make it easy to integrate the reports into your own intranet or web control panel.
