How many search words can I track?
Our free service allow you to check 4 key phrases. If you need more phrases, consider our full service

How often do you check the rankings?
Monthly for the free service, for up to three months, but with our full service, you can track as often as weekly

Can I use more search words, or check rankings more often?
Yes - but only by upgrading to the full service. The free service is limited to 4 phrases, checked monthly.

Do I need any software?
No - our system runs on our own servers, and is web-based. You need do nothing, except sign up of course!

Which search engines to you look at?
The free** service checks Google, Yahoo and MSN (all UK) engines only. Our other services check all major US and UK engines. We can also offer Google (and some others) in more than 40 countries on request.

How can I put my logos on the reports?
Not in the free service. The full service, and agency services offer this option.

How do I upgrade my free** account to the full service?

You can either click the 'Upgrade My Account' link which can be found inside your control panel, or you can sign up for a full account here

Can I track more than 500 keywords?
Yes - just sign up for a free** account first, then upgrade it once you're happy with the service.

Can I track more than 500 keywords?
Yes, but we charge a supplement for every 500 keywords.

How do I apply my logos?
Using the control panel, click [account], and then use the two Browse buttons to upload your logos.

How do I setup more than one web site to track?
Just go to [clients], and click add new. If you add more than you've paid for, our system will send you an invoice in due course.

How many domains can I look for?
You can search your own domain, 3 competitor domains, and as many mirrors sites as you like. As long as you're using the same set of phrases, there isn't a limit.

Can I request new features?
Certainly, we add new features requested by clients almost every month. Please contact us with your suggestions

Agency Service FAQs

Our current system takes time to administer - how much work is involved for us?
Other than adding the clients' key phrases and other details, absolutely none. We handle reporting from then on without any intervention on you part - even if you have 500 clients.

Can I pay monthly to spread the cost of the service?
For larger accounts, we accept monthly payments. Please contact us.

Can I trial the service to help me decide whether to start using your service?
Certainly - sign up for a fully featured test account, without charge here

Can I control what my clients see?

Yes, you control who gets what report, when, how, and what details the report contains. You can create split schedules with certain reports staying in-house, and others going out. Or you can decide to send reports to clients only when asked. It's all there in the control panel.
